When should we send each message?

Each template says when it usually goes out. For a wedding abroad, earlier is better: guests need time to book flights and time off.

Can we change the wording?

Of course. Copy a message and make it sound like you.

How do we chase RSVPs without being awkward?

Keep it short, say why you need the number and make replying easy with a direct link. The RSVP nudge template does all three.
